The Economics of Why

Intentional business success begins with a question.

Creating a company culture that reflects your values, boosts recruitment efforts, informs customer service and bolsters the bottom line begins with a solid definition of your why.

We can help you find your answers.

Why Kim Brown?

Kim will build consensus, create a sense of ownership, and inspire confidence in the direction. She is earning her doctorate in Human Resource Development and knows how to ask the right questions so that you can find your organization’s answers.

She’s not here to tell you what to do. She’s here to give you the tools to help you do what you do.

Unity in working toward specific/realistic goals.

Vision and Mission Statements

Here, we will acknowledge and communicate your values and objectives so that you can share them with the stakeholders.

A mission statement is the foundation for all businesses and organizations. It defines the why. Why do you do what you do? Why is it important and why should others care? Your answers already live within your team. Kim will help uncover the truth so that a clear statement emerges.

A vision statement defines where you want to go. It provides a bridge between mission and strategy. It will inform important decisions based on the question, will this serve my vision?

Kim will gather the wisdom in the room as she builds consensus, creates a sense of ownership, and inspires confidence in the direction.

  • Consultation/Design Meeting is Free
  • Proposals usually require 4 hours+
  • Receivables include original documentation and helpful templates.

Strategic Planning

Here, we will acknowledge and communicate your values and objectives so that you can share them with the stakeholders.

Does your leadership team need a clear path forward? The answers aren’t always clear, but when you bring in Kim Brown, everyone can get on the same path to move in the right direction.

After defining your mission and vision statements, you’re ready to map out the next five to seven years. Creating policies and procedures can help with keeping everyone on track.

Kim will gather the wisdom in the room as she builds consensus, creates a sense of ownership, and inspires confidence in the direction.

Together we will build a 12-month action calendar and you’ll have the map in hand.

Company Culture

Here, we combine your vision and strategy to create an environment that recruits and retains talent.

With the current labor crisis, the fact is: a good salary and benefits are no longer enough to recruit and retain the best employees. It all begins and ends with the quality of our professional life.

A positive company culture that aligns with employees’ core values leads to quality, fulfilling work, and employee retention.

Whether we’ve created it intentionally, or through a series of decisions, company culture defines that quality of working life.

The thought of creating a positive company culture can be daunting, but with Turnkey, it’s not. Here you can find your answers, develop your path, and move your company forward.

Assess your current company culture
Kim will help you uncover the truth. Her training enables her to create an atmosphere that fosters “consensus…by using an integrated, collective thinking process [where] all participants feel that their ideas, insights, perspectives, and wisdom have been honored.” (Institute of Cultural Affairs,USA, 2016, p. 30)
